Lenin Mongerie

  • How did you get into Pickleball? –

Lenin: I was introduced to pickleball about 6 years ago by Glen Howe . He is the person that brought pickleball to Tallahasse. Carolyn Allaire (USAPA Ambassador) convinced me to be an instructor.

  • Pickleball Philosophy –

Lenin: Play within your skill level and win or lose play your game.

  • Why Pickleball??? –

Lenin: The most interesting thing about Pickleball is having to think two to three steps ahead of the shot you just hit. The game quickly becomes an exercise in being able to out think your opponent and placing the ball where you want it when you want to be there.

  • What is the most rewarding thing about Pickleball?

Lenin: Pickleball is rewarding because I can bring my tennis background and apply it to the game.
