The Tallahassee Pickleball Association (TPA) is proud to partner with local organizations that share our commitment to community, wellness, and the growth of pickleball in the Tallahassee area. Learn more about our valued partners below.

PB&YAY! Tournament Sereies

PB&YAY! is the premier Tallahassee area pickleball tournament. Now in its 5th year, PB&YAY! completed its 20th tournament in January 2025. Owner Abdel Gonzalez and Tournament Director Cathy Bedsole run 4 to 6 tournaments each year. TPA members receive early notification to register, and most of the participants of these very popular tournaments are TPA members. TPA provides volunteer support and insurance coverage, and most of the participants are TPA members. PB&YAY! contributions represent a portion of the TPA budget, enabling the purchase of high quality nets, water fountains, balls, and other pickleball needs.

Leon County Parks and Recreation

Leon County Parks and Recreation is a strong TPA partner, always cooperative and supportive of growing pickleball in Leon County. Chaires Park, with its 8 pickleball courts is the primary TPA venue for Round Robins, Leagues, and Tournaments. Leon County provides free use of the courts for TPA events, allowing for free Round Robins and Leagues and very low tournament fees.
